Net-30 and Net-60 purchase orders accepted. ClassWallet instant checkout also available. No prepayment required for orders 25+ units.
Can we return units if they don't work for us?▼
45-day return policy for all devices. Schools can return unopened units for full refund, or restocking fee for used units.
Do you offer free trial units?▼
Yes. Schools can request 1–2 free trial units for 30 days to pilot before committing to a large order. Contact schools@scanmarker.com.
What about shipping for large orders?▼
Free standard ground shipping on all US orders. Expedited shipping (2-day) available at cost. Orders 50+ units can arrange direct freight.
How do we handle bulk device management?▼
